You must include set-up and takedown time in your requests. If it will take you 1 hour to set up, 1 hour to take down, and 3 hours for your activity, then you must request 5 hours.

Additional Amenities
Do you need Water Bearer supplies? YES
If you check this box, jugs, straws and other supplies will be provided for your event. HOWEVER, you will be required to bring people to fill the jugs and water the participants. Waterbearing supplies will only be provided for events from Sunday, August 3rd onwards. Prior to Sunday, water will be connected on the field for your use, but not supplies will be provided. By NOT checking this box, you are volunteering to provide your own supplies.

Do you want a dedicated Chirurgeon for your activity? YES
If you check this box, you are asking for a Dedicated Chirurgeon to be assigned to your event. Please note that though every step will be taken to forward this request, you must also request this directly from the Chirurgeonate.

Do you need to bring a car on the battlefield for setup? YES
If you check this box, you are asking to bring a car onto the field for the purpose of moving equipment during setup and cleanup only. This pass will not allow you to have the car on the field during any other time, or if you have no equipment to move.
