Ok...crashed early last night....BUT I got up at 5:30 and pulled this together quickly. Its a big file. Let me know if you have trouble receiving it and I'll break it up. Here's what's in it: 1) SQL structure extract from each of the tables I was using. Hope that will be helpful 2) Each of the current forms and web pages 3) Folders of all my battlefield stuff from 2006 and 2005. If you think you need information from further back, I do have back to 2001 available, but I really don't think you will. This includes all of the booklet information that I was formatting and putting together, as well as all the additional schedules and lists that I created for Kymm's use. Items that might not immediately make sense: - Pavilion database I got sick of taking ad hoc requests for pavilion space on the battlefield, so I threw together a quick on-line form. This is mainly for royalty and kingdom pavilions, but you can see what was on the web page last year with insructions. - Rapier registration page Access to this form allows the rapier coordinator to continually check what registrations have come through for that area. I try to work closely with that person so that the information sharing happens easier. - Survey I wanted to put up a survey last year getting feedback from the battlefield users, but it never exactly went online. Not sure if you want to pursue that or not. - BFfull A page that the public should not access, which includes full contact details for all registrants. This was so that other battlefield staff had access at all times to the same information I did. Other bits and pieces: - Car pass list This is a list of all people who requested car passes and the times they should have them for. You will need to compile this for Kymm shortly before War - Files to Kinkos I would produce and format all the lists and signs in this folder for Kymm's use at war, and because I wasn't local, I would send them electronically to the Kinkos in 'Tosa for her to pick up. You may want to ask her what items in that list she will need this year as well. - I also included all of my working files, so you could see how I plotted things out. This may be of absolutely no use to you whatsoever, but you can weed through. I am sure I have forgotten things. You should have what you need to get the registrations going, anyway, but feel free to ask questions at any time. I know you are a much better programmer than I am, so I am sure you will figure out a better way of doing things. Also, Jessa has been e-mailing me about the Battlefield page and getting information up, so one of you might like to get in touch with her and let her know I am not on staff. Hope to talk to you soon! Jen PS - I hear Brannos is coming to visit me...
